












simple recipe.... mutton, onion and garlic, salt, steak sauce, water, some vegetables...ex. carrot...
boil water with mutton, add steak sauce, stir.. add salt.
fry garlic, onion...until the smell come out..
then put them into the mutton pot...
finish...now ready to eat..

Last Wednesday, i finish my work at 9.30.. reach my room around 10.00pm.. i knew it was too late for cooking so my plan is just to have a warm shower .. after relax for about half an hour in the salted warm water, i felt realy fresh... i just opened the fridge and had an apple... look into the cold box, i saw the chicken and mutton i bought last few days ... then came the idea .. maybe i should cook them... i just took them out of the coldness , gave them a warm shower... so they can be as fresh as me... check the fridge again...chillies, lime, lemon grass, cabbage and carrot freezing, pity on them..i gave them a warm shower ...check in the cabinet, there i saw onion and tomyam paste. OK... its a great combination... mutton(KAMBING) and chicken(AYAM) tomyam.... they'll be KAMYAM TOMYAM.... sms my fren asking what he had cook, the answer is he is not cooking anything. So i take out the Thai Rice, wash and put in the pot. Add some water , around 1/3 of my finger above the rice surface, then put on the kitchen... On, and wait...
the result is... amazing... I cook the rice nicely......
